The Arbours Psychotherapy Service offers a low fee psychotherapy service, subject to availability, with a qualified therapist.

Arbours Therapists

Our psychotherapists are all registered practitioners with the UKCP (United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy). They come from a variety of cultural and language backgrounds and are sensitive to issues around sexual identity, ethnicity and disability.

How do I make contact?

Please contact the Arbours office on 07909 981 917 for a referral form or use our on-line enquiry form to request a referral form.

What happens next?

Once your referral is completed we will offer you an initial consultation with a senior therapist. Please note the initial consultation take place in North London, East London and the City. Therapy sessions are available across London.  
Following this initial consultation there are a number of possible outcomes:

• individual long or short term psychotherapy
• MBT, DIT therapy
• couple and family therapy
