Reduced fee therapy

The Arbours Psychotherapy Service also offers low-fee psychotherapy with our very experienced mature and final-level trainees. Our trainees are closely supervised by experienced practitioners in both groups and individually.

Sessions are available both in both North London and other areas. Please let us know your availability (evenings/daytime) when you call. Sessions are offered 2x per week.

Am I eligible?

The low fee service is open to all those on a low-income eg students,  benefit recipients, unemployed, single-parents. Those in employment,  but who might otherwise be unable to pay for full fee psychotherapy or counselling, are also eligible for this scheme. Sessions cost between £5 and £15, according to what you are able to afford.

What happens next?

Our administrator will take some further brief details from you and one of the Service Consultants will be in contact to arrange an initial consultation. In this meeting, you will be offered the opportunity to discuss what you might want to talk about in therapy, any concerns or questions you may have about either therapy generally, or this scheme  in particular.
